Which units, the two Baxa has? Or all the others being stored in the cdex property?

"gone sold or leased whatever" -- hardly precise, is it? Can't believe you think "your words", which may well reflect the vagueness of the "assurance" you got, satisfied you. Big difference between sold and leased and 'whatever' -- like given away for free (as was the case with Hammersmith and Charing Cross hospitals).
