Well buddy. Very well put. Many eyes are on this and have been for some time IMO. Don't want to sound like a broken record but look at the accumulation of this just since Dec. I have invited several of our friends here and after they have seen the PRs, SEC Filings they are now longs and I'm very happy for them as they will reap the benefits of this Co. for a long time to come. After tommorrow it is just the beginning. The fence sitters can believe the Co and the filings...... or not. They most assuredly can purchase shares of this after the restructuring BUT without the divvy of LHC. Not only that but these guys have even thought of keeping the price of LHC stable ( No dumping ) by doing this.

Our shareholders will receive one-third of the LHC shares without restrictions. An additional one-third will only be eligible for trading after 90 days after distribution, and the remaining one-third will not be eligible to be traded until 180 days after their distribution. This should help provide price stability as LHC enters the public market."

You have got to love it.
