Poster, it looks like you owe this board an apology. In all seriousness, I would call your broker and ask him where he really got the "merger notification" from. I'm the the same boat as you, man. This really sucks, but at least we have closure. With this, I extend my hand to you in friendship, and as someone who too has been screwed over by the same company. Lets put the past behind us and move on.
