"Allocated" is another wonderful word. It does not mean sold or presold or any other term of art misleading the public (including potential pp'ers) into thinking this fiscal year is going to be noteworthy and full of revenues.

"We have now ordered all of the major components for 115 Units, allocated for both the national and international markets."
