I got over to the booth just as it was getting ready to close..so I didn't get to talk to M. Wesney very much..but he was very friendly as usual and recognized me from my visit to the Salon. He said they were pretty busy at the booth the 1st day..most of the day..2nd day was a little slower as you could see in the picture..but that was about 3minutes before the entire show shut down for the night....and I didn't make it back down there today...My personal opinion is that this merger closes in days to weeks..I'm not thinking months here...but I could be wrong...I did ask him about it..but just couldn't get anything concrete as it is not totally in his hands...

What price are you folks in here at?...I am now in at .18 and .17

Why does this story not have a bigger following?..is there something I am missing?..isn't this what every shell player hopes for?..a chance in getting into a real company on the ground floor?..I have done quite a bit of research at this point..and haven't come out with anything negative yet...John McElroys email to me was very encouraging about where this could go..Granite its just his opinion but he is very well known in the auto circles...There is an Article written by him in the Directory for the Auto Salon..and it mentions that if the DIAS is successful the MetroAirport Authority is willing to build a facility for the DIAS to move out by the airport...and I can tell you there is alot of land available out there..

I have bought probably as much as I will buy at this point..I'm just a small player..I still need to see Asia Forgings Revenue etc in an SEC filing which i'm hoping comes soon...

Share structure after all this is said and done should be very tight..if Asia Forging Revs etc pan out..this could run nicely :)

I still can't understand why there isn't more chatter here...how did you all find out about this stock..?... Doesn't JP still have current business going?..So this technically wasn't a shell... is it that they saw the potential here and were willing to give up their ticker etc for a piece of the long term action??
Does this mean they are going private after this??...

any feed back is very much appreciated...22 board marks???...I bet that changes dramatically once filings start coming..assuming they do...
