From what I remember of the filing if they went dark because of a pending merger they have 90 days to complete the merger. That would put us at the end of June if they played it out to the end. The other factors are Pham's options which expire on May 11th. The debt payment which is due on May 31st. I'm going off of memory so someone can correct me if I am wrong.
