I makes perfect sense to me. There was no company who was going to buy the key west sites. It was Wilf trying to come up with some angle were he could manufacture or put together a new company. This new company would just be another buddy one of his own shells. This new shell could be used to issue more stocks, to unsuspecting shareholders as well as play into the DPBM shareholders. Wilf would have two dive companies (with stock) for the price of one. He would also get his reverse split (which has happened) to boot. It's a win win situation for the big Wilfboy!!!! Wilf Rocks the casba!!!
