KEEP in mind...this is a CHEAP way for GTT to go public.....change name and symbol after reelection of MGMNT to run HISS.....after TRANSMUTATION from HISS to new name Ticker symbol...GTT now a public company owning assets of HISS.....FRED gets parachute...NEW Co. keeps HISS staff needed to manage CT operations....shareholders get something...probably a conversion to a new stock issue.....
