The Facts, and yet again you made your statement inescapably clear...

BUT-

You still don't understand that if a share is BOUGHT at the ASK, THEN IMMEDIATELY a share is SOLD at the BID to cover that transaction AND the PRICE GOES DOWN...

THEN SOMEONE IS SELLING INTO THE MARKET!

-AGAIN-

My point is:

There are as many shares available for those who chose to buy, as you could possibly afford!

What does this mean?

Someone (or many someone's) have so many shares to sell, the Market (or the buyers) can not possibly buy them all.

IF THEY COULD BUY ALL THE SHARES:
The Price would respond by going up.

The PRICE is NOT going up!

What does this mean? One or more of:

1. SELL OFF
2. DILUTION
3. FREE SHARES SOLD AT MARKET PRICE

Is THAT plain enough for you?

LOL!
