How f'in brilliant would that be if Tom was buying up the stock through the SVF as a way of controlling/restricting the float? I don't know the legalities for disclosure of such, but it did say the fund invests in pennies, and with that large of an unrealized loss, I can surely think of one stock (ours) that would get it there...
