You forgot to mention that they had a net loss of $16M this year. And that the O/S has doubled and that the float is increasing daily.

While Atoll looks good alone there is still millions upon millions of dollars being spent on apparently nothing.

The most appaling of which is interest expense.

How much of that interest is attributed to the $5M they spent on Atoll? How much will the interset be next year? And who recieves the interest?
