Based on the historical prices, a simple average would be .566 so 120% of that would give .679 as the new excercise price for the warrants. No reason to keep the pps down here now but the 8-k stated that they have until April 22nd to make the choice on the conversion value. IMO there could likely be a 8-k with the update out next week.
