Hey abnpayne... nice to have you around. This company is going to be very interesting over the next 8 months as it continues to grow and expand (particularly internationally)

It appears that there is a possibility of CD Financial taking on more of a financing role (i.e. the strategic finance partner Steve has alluded to on past conference calls). If that is the case, I would imagine that CD Financial might convert to shares and hold on to them for long term growth prospectus, as well as entering into more financing agreements.
