Need some help: Am i reading the 10k correct. Hackets as a store in 2007 had a Net loss of (6,181,726) and in addition we Acquired only 900,529 in assets..

We the shareholders paid 6 MILLION DOLLARS for this outfit. What am i missing?? Any retail gurus out there.... that does not seem like a good purchase price.
