I copied this from another board.
It is a translation of a german article about in part Simotech.

First there is a description of Simotec's machine. Then comes the part which is interesting for us:

'The company has just developed a machine which can treat and sort (assemble?) light emitting diodes (LED) in a single step for lightmanufacturer Osram'

'For a month now, Infineon has been producing paperthin stickers, into which a memorychip and an antenna are integrated with a microassembly module from Simotec'

Then future revenues are estimated. Revenue for 2002 is expected to be around 4 million Euro which means sales of up to 20 machines which are priced starting from 270,000 Euro. For 2003 revenue is even expected to triple.


If this doesn't spell it out then what does?
