G/M broderick! Lately that won't work either. I saw a company do a 1 for 20 R/S recently and ended up with about 800K shares outstanding. I can't imagine why they wanted to do this, but I have seen similar stories as well. Even the low O/S low float stocks are doing Reverses now.
