Buybacks come with a profitable company. The profitability of the operation has little to do with the share structure. Tom knows how to work it to extend cash flow so this can get up to speed. WE are essentially betting on HAckett's turning profitable within the year, and becoming cash cow for debt repayment (including share buyback) or collateral for future financing (for acquisitions).
