Not sure about the time-stamp, but I do know the NNRF US auditors completed thier part ;]

...and they were aware of the deadline today, when I mentioned the anticipated filing, when I called and asked them today if they would be actually doing the electronic filing as part if thier services; as he then also indicated they do not do that part and to please contact the company for that info or watch for it on the wires.

--->The GOOD News is, as far as they are concerned, they confirmed to be done with thier part of the auditing works for the filing in question! ;]...but (also confirmed) are not the ones responsible for the electronic Edgar filings...And to 'please contact the company in the future'...Also seemed I may have been the among first shareholder/s to speak with him.

...My thought about this is, even if it comes out later today or tomorrow, or this week for that matter -- there will be no 'E' because we are still on the pinks for the time being and not required to file -- but are obviously doing so for purposes of listing. The larger block buying today and over the last couple of weeks is encouraging regardless and somewhat disappointed not to see it yet filed today, however again as far as they are concerned knowing the US side auditors are now complete though, I will be looking forward to speaking with the company as well as soon as Todd should return on the 21st -- no doubt it will likely be filed by then; just not quite sure why not as of yet...But I would have to think by then; more time to add in the meantime I guess...considering the auditors acknowledgement and awareness of the matter...a significant part nonetheless. ;]
