No worries.. you understand the difference between authorized shares and outstanding shares now?

Authorized is the most a company could possibly issue if they wanted to.

Outstanding is how many they actually have issued.

So O/S can never exceed A/S, but A/S can stay bigger than O/S forever if you have a good non-diluting company.
