Boomer, I never said I expected to see filings. I explained why a different poster should not assume there is no insider trading going on just because he couldn't find any filings by insiders. I said the company is NOT required to file. How could you not understand what I wrote, and then try to turn it completely around, especially as the moderator of this message board?

I realize some don't want to accept what has been going on and what is responsible for the 6 cent price. Pretending the current situation doesn't exist won't make it go away. For a long time shareholder like yourself, its hard to understand why you would defend this board of directors' performance.
