GIBBER,

You wrote, "There is enough PRs and the way they handled us to get one going & we could win."

Have you ever contacted a Class Action law firm?

One of the first things you will be asked is how much money have you lost based on your accusations of mis-deeds by the target company. If you are still holding all the shares you purchased and have not yet sold and taken a loss, you have not suffered any damage.

And don't ever forget the disclaimers in all the PRs and comments about risks. We have all been advised about the risks of buying shares in this company.

Most people posting here have been buying and selling. A lot took profits on the big spike last Mar/April. Don't ask any of them to join you in a lawsuit. They can't.

When large stakeholders bring a suit, some small shareholders benefit but only if they suffered loses....

Why don't you google Class Action firms on the internet and get started...Let us know what you are told.
