I agree with this post to a degree. There has NOT been an even trade off between the amount of dilution we have taken vs. the intrinsic value people often post about on this board.

I think the 10k will have to show some improvement in the bottom line of Hackets/Wisebuys AND also a quick announcement of our next acquisition before I can really determine if this has been worth the wait.

Plus this acquisition thing..TS said in a PR weeks ago that the closing of this was "within days" ..WTF happened?? Days have turned into weeks....There has to be some reason behind the timing of this announcement. If not then I'll call by the end of the week and see where this stand period.
