Adiron....

Let me respond to your post. You wrote:

"This is somewhat off topic, but I'm going there anyway."
My observation (MO): Yes, victory is OT here, unless anyone is talking about a drill that the companies are mutually drilling. I understand the comparison you want to make, but please keep victory off this board unless necessary. So, don't go there in the future, your posts will be deleted.

"Victory Energy is a stock mentioned a lot in the past and is tied in with EDEX on the Mesa project."
MO: Yes, they have a 2% interest they bought. Thats it. 2% of a 33% interest. You can say they are "tied in" but that is really a long stretch to link the companies, anymore than if I own less than 1% of any stock and pretending I am a partner or "tied in." While technically accurate in a long stretch, it implies a definite misconception. They are not partners or joint operators in any REAL sense. Please do not fool yourself into thinking they are partners or "tied in." They aren't in any significant, real, or controlling way.

"They are bringing wells online fast and furiously and the SP goes nowhere!"
MO: You might consider JF's past legal troubles and the rulings by the judge. This affects SP. I don't trust him period. Many other feel the same way. Hence the SP. Also, consider the % they are getting with the wells and production. That will help explain. (No further comments in this or any other threads in the EDEX board will be allowed regarding this. Those belong on the victory board.)

"EDEX can't find the money to even attempt a project completion,"
MO: Wow, you might just be surprised in a month. I totally disagree with your statement and the picture you paint. Time will tell who has the correct perception.

Funny thing is you just wrote these words a few days ago in another EDEX post of yours: "Financing is falling into place and some of it has already been secured and there is more to come. This will eanble progress on the existing wells. The second quarter may produce some good news." I don't understand your "switch". First your are talking about financing falling into place, now, you state the opposite and that we are hanging on by a thread. In just a couple of days with no news you are opposites. This makes you look like a SP manipulator. Just be careful.

"therefore the reality is it will be a long and uncertain road ahead unless they hit the motherload by summer."
MO: Should they not hit the MESA, I would agree. Should they HIT, then: When the funding comes in for Mesa (shortly) and if/after the field is proven by independent sources, the value should be times the current SP. The SP will then quickly reflect this independent valuation.

"I know these are 2 different plays,"
MO: Yes they are, therefore keep victory on the victory board. This board is for EDEX only. Tom separated himself from JF a while ago and that has not changed. Yes victory still has that 2% of 33% interest, but thats all. Hint: keep victory off this board unless EDEX is actively drilling together with them, and only if they were to carry a controlling interest. Other than a controlling interest, they would have no real effect and therefore no time on this board should be spent on them. I will be quicker from now on to delete your threads concerning victory from here on out.

"I want nothing short of success, but reality is we are hangin by a thread"
MO: I think EDEX's greatest days are just ahead and this year. This in not a pump, just MO. I for one do not think we are hanging by a thread. Thread? IL, NE, MESA, TX, and other projects and tons more leases! Thread, NO WAY.

"and a lot of former (maybe current) shareholders/posters on this board have bailed."
MO: The board marks have been consistent since last summer at about 150. Currently it is at 146. If you were to follow pinks for a while you would see any hot stock go from few to many and back to few as the crowd ebbs and flows. If/When EDEX drills MESA, the boardmarks will take care of themselves and many will come as newbys and others who left for current greener pastures will also return. I know and am in contact with scores of them. Yes, many did leave, but that is normal in the pinks as most follow the latest volumes stocks, news stocks, etc, looking for the current opportunities. Currently, EDEX isn't an opportunity, but, IMO that will change when some financing comes in and drilling begins.

"We need a miracle."
MO: No, just continue the work of raising capital and drilling promising leases. The profit will follow. If one is depending on a miracle, than they are foolish to be in any stock. Do the homework of DD and then make an educated investment based on risk and reward. No investment should be based on a miracle. If that is your mindset, sell and move on to a 3 letter stock. You do no one, including yourself any good otherwise.
