Joco, the company that you are refering too was Brass Bulls! Maybe they did know the plan at the time when they bought 6%! Keep in mind though that they could have sold their shares and got out awhile back if they wanted to! We don't know for sure if they still own shares or not! You Make a good point that AAPU would not hurt Brass Bulls if of coarse they still own the shares! GLTA!
