Aban workover. I have thought for some time that there is something hokey going on with the workover because no one would sign a contract for this amount of work without a finish date. Many contracts have liquidated damages assessed if the finish date is missed. Once a project is started there should be progress payments based on percentage of completion. Kosmos/ Addax should know the status of this process. Just seems strange that it is delayed month after month.
