I thought about that..he probably did put the PR out because of many questions about Walmart going Green, but it seemed that he planned to put that PR out..even if no one called him. You don't just say " this literally could produce potential revenues of over $500 million per year ", unless your pumping. I don't think he is the pumping type, just my take. I really think he is hinting and giving clues on what is to come.
