Depends on what print size you would want and/or how much cropping you'd want to do to get the resulting print size. You can get a quality 7x10 print out of a 7m photo with a little room to spare. Here's a link:

I think for emailing and no real concern for huge quality prints you could knock it all the way down to the lowest setting.
