How do you get that from the most recent PR? The NYSE is not letting them cure - they are going to be delisted from the NYSE Wednesday morning and will start trading on the OTC. They did notify the NYSE of their intent to cure, but the NYSE still decided to delist (because NYSE can do basically whatever it wants, especially for stocks under $1). They don't have the 6 months to cure, they are being delisted on Monday. This is the same news that came out on Friday, the Company just confirmed today that they are not appealing the decision.
