ELIMINATION OF RULE 18a:

We decided to eliminate 18a below. We will keep 18b.

I think originally, we had 18a before 18b. However, if you read both, you will realize that by having 18b, it compensates for the concern we had in 18a, so that 18a is really not required. We will eliminate it for PSL9.

18a) You cannot make a transaction on ANY stock that had no trades the day you did it. The reason is because any stock that doesn't trade on day 1 is far more likely not to trade on day 2. If a person is "trapped" by a stock that never trades, they will be less likely (hopefully much less likely) to pick it in their pick six.

18b) A stock does not trade the day AFTER you pick it.
Trade: If one stock trades - whether Stock A (Sell) Or Stock B (Buy) you get a cash position and a transaction is used. If neither stock trades, the transaction is void.
Freeze: If you freeze a stock, whether it trades the following day or not is irrelevant. The freeze takes affect.
Unfreeze: If you unfreeze a stock, the unfreeze is voided and no transaction is used.
