I could respond to your post point by point, but what is the point?

Everything you posted was if, and, but or what if.

No facts.

Therefore, nothing to discuss.

In case you missed it, again my point from my original post:

I doubt that without borrowing more money or issuing more stock (thereby causing further dilution) they will make it past 3/31/02.

Again, I never said they could not make it past 3/31/02, but
if they borrow more money or issue more stock, it will not be good (short term, anyway) for current shareholders.

You are aware that there are companies on the OTC:BB that have existed for a lot of years and have little or no revenues.

How have they existed?

By selling stock and diluting the value of the securities held by current shareholders.

What you say?

They would do that to me?

Now, please post how you feel you "proved me wrong".

All you have done at this point is posted hyperbole.
