Quote from the last pr "The initial purchase orders and means of payment tied in with this contract are currently being finalized." Now why would a pr firm throw a 100 million dollar number into thin air PR if its not certain of the payment? is this a a "maybe we might get this kind of a deal but nothing is signed?" pure speculation and it seems like no body is falling for it anymore since this company has been fluffing with a 360 degree results left and right.
