Yes, ECCI is there at the Barnett Shale location in Ft. Woth, TX right now.

They were required to prove that they could do for these major market companies/stocks what the State Government had recommended them for being capable of doing.

They passed with flying colors and now the closure pieces are being finalized IMHO. I am expecting to see a contract signed any day now.
