PDR Exchange President makes moves

As the Chairman of the Fundacion Pan America Council and the President and CEO of the PDR Exchange (Panama),Inc. my responsibility is transferring all the assets and the privacy of the foundation to the officers of the company, to entice and attract new bagholders, investors, and companies to the foundation and exchange. Beneficiaries, investors, and companies whose money we badly need and who need us like they need a hole in the head, do not automatically appear, join, and then put millions of dollars into either entity. We must invite, con, and swindle those entities to share our vision, as we share the whole process we treat them as fellow companies who are in good standing and welcome them, and hope to high heaven they do not discover how we operate.
Every time I hear the question "when will the exchange reopen?" I laugh till i wet my pants. It brings to mind the first day i shoplifted a pack of gum. I watched as many of the store employees grew increasingly agitated and impatient for me to leave the store so they could bust me. They were so gullible that didn't even notice i had secreted the gum in a body cavity when they weren't looking. So it just goes to show you some people just can't adapt to total sociopaths as they don't understand us.
The second most heard question is/statement is why don't we have liquidity/ wejust need liquidity The simpliest solution to liquidity are buyers. Just give us the money and shut up, and we will be as liquid as all get-out.
Now that we have determined we need buyers We must realize we only have 2 choices:
1.Natural Buyers This group of buyers have each been cold-called, threatened, referred, and given hallucinogenic drugs. In the words of P.T. Barnum, step right up and lay your money down, a sucker is born every minute.
2. The second type of buyers are Market/Makers/Brokers. These are the buyers who can legally manipulate the price, the reputation, and the attitude of the rest. We love these guys, as they only demand a small cut to deliver us wheelbarrow loads of rubes to fleece.
The PDR Exchange will focus it's liquidity on sales of a product that has a set price worldwide daily. It is a product that has been saught and held for the last 4000+ years. And i am not talking about blonde virgins. I am pretending it is gold. (we are seeking it, too, and since we don't even own any land to mine, just trust us)
We made the decision to create our liquidity through gold sales as a result of the complexity of PNMS new prospects would experience challenges understanding or appreciating the company, its goals, its role or even realize the effort, sacrifices, and work that has gone into aligning and placing the pieces together in a multicultural environment. We have discovered a way to sell gold we don't have, and we want you in on it. We are promoting the economic development of Latin America through first passing the money through Pedro and I. That development and integration of Latin America with the Western Hemisphere cannot be accomplished unless every country in the Americas has and feels that sense of belonging. No one has even noticed that Latin America is already a part of the Western Hemisphere.. (duh on you) From the first day Pedro and I met we knew our meeting was not by chance; it was no accident; it was a veritable love connection. It was our divine destiny to become best friends and eventual cellmates both committed to our vision. There is no one I respect and admire more than my brother, Pedro Borges Fiol. I am proud to share his dream and we are connected by an unbreakable bond of brotherhood and drunken weekends.
This dream and goal that all Pan Americans will realize with the commitment to a sense of belonging is likened to the pride one feels when he knows his contribution and work have made a difference-- as a result his family is more prosperous and his country is more prosperous. It takes the cooperation and understanding of all the Americas to fulfill this destiny. It is like taking your mask off after a bank job: that level of satisfaction.
This great endeavor has not been without opposition. We've been attacked at every turn, stolen from, lied to, lied about, criticized, been viciously attacked both personally and professionally all in the name of greed or instant gratification. We couldn't figure out how to make money from the truthful attacks, so we hide behind the Fundacion Pan America and the PDR Exchange. Every beneficiary in good standing whether a government, a company, or individual is entitled to complete privacy of all business transacted or discussed with the Foundation or PDR Exchange (Panama),Inc. and additionally each will be treated equally, fairly, and honestly regardless of race, religion, country of origin, ideology, as required by law, and as long as we like them and they don't make fun of our brazen stupidity.
As with any entitlement or privileges there comes responsibility. My responsibility is to not only protect each and every Beneficiary's right to privacy but also to rip off each member equally. World perception directly affects our ability to attract new beneficiaries and investors, which in turn effects liquidity which in turn affects every beneficiary. As a Beneficiary in good standing you have the same responsibilities as I; to use terrible English and start sentences with prepositions.
If you have questions, suggestions or comments whether negative or positive the proper procedure is log into your account and send an internal message. But be ready to lose your money if they are negative.. (Pedro told me to say that) Please do not use email or phone, just put the message in a bottle and drop it in a local river. We incorporated this system to maintain privacy for all correspondence between beneficiaries and the Foundation or Exchange. Any questions pertaining to individual companies must be sent directly to that company. They are the only ones authorized to answer questions about their respective businesses. In other words, don't call us, we'll call you, if you post your phone number on IHUB so Pedro can figure out who you are.
