If the true float is going to be 4 million as announced by Clayton, that leaves 1.1 million shares for the street! You think there are shorted shares on the street that is going to need covering when the cusip change is official? Remember a Cusip run can happen either immediately upon the brokerages being notified of their short position when then notify the T/A or anytime within the 2 weeks following. Looking at all the last runs they do not happen immediately because the Brokerages work their magic deception practices to try to get longs to part with their shares so they don't have to fight with the other brokerages covering later.
