Could you define exactly what the scam is?
Sure, Sandy was lying in one of his most recent PRs about the buyout, when they dumped the CD on us.
That is something for which we could take him.
But other than that? BKMP has been used to finance the start of TFN. For that effort, we own a share of the pie.
Now the problem is that new management of TFN does not want to be associated with BKMP anymore and does not allow them to do duplicate PRs. All news comes directly from TFNG, we just own part of it.
I agree that samai should be pressured for PRing the exact ownership and stating offically that for TFN news, we will have to hear it from TFN.
Further, TFN management should be pressured to allow BKMP to PR on events of TFN.
But apart from those things, there is not much we can do.

btw: I fully agree on looking at the reality and not be blinded by prophets....
