Well, I don't know about the checks bouncing. So, I leave it at that. However, it would be pretty bad if it did happen no matter what the excuse.

As for Sony using us as a test: absolutely. I don't care what they guy said.

If they meant to do business with us and really make money together, they would have go along with a varied pricing scheme like it was suggested here in many occasions. They would have provided a 100 hours window-to-watch, and they would have lower prices.

The truth of the matter is that we paid them a base fee, and then a percentage of the take. They are only trying to find out how this kind of system would really work and pricing schemes. They know that if we fail, there will be others to take our place, and they will have more knowledge on how to go about it.

If you do not believe that we are basically no more than a test website for them, you are very gullible.Sooner or later, one of the test sites will click, and it will be of and running. But don't think for a moment they care if it is us.
