EXPT Office - MUST READ

Hi EXPT Peeps!!

This Saturday morning instead of going straight to the gym, I decided to drive to 17501 Biscayne Boulevard to visit their offices. Unfortunately, the office was closed, but I can say this.... there is definitely an office, and it's in a nice building!! It's not a super fancy building but it's an office condo with a view of Biscayne Bay. The name of the building is "Aventura Bayview." (Link below) It's on US-1 (8 lanes) right in front of the City of Aventura welcome sign. I mention this, because Aventura is a very nice area. The picture doesn't show the other side of the building that makes it look modern. It's not easy to describe. There is also a PF Chang's and a Morton's Steakhouse next door. I add this to emphasize that it is a nice area...vs. a run down building. I felt good about what I saw at least from the limited view I had.

The building is 7 floors (3 bottom flrs - the garage) and "Expert Financing and Investments," as it says on the lobby directory is on the 5th floor. The entrance to the building has marble floors and the lobby as well although the lobby is tiny. You walk in and immediately there are two elevaors with a small directory. I could not walk in because it was obvious that all the offices in the building are closed on the weekend. You need a security card to get through, but I was able to read the directory from the door.

I will do my best to go next week and visit the actual office.
