Samai does not have a choice. TFNG forbids him to PR TFN related stuff. Sandy can not change that.
When Sandy was in charge, also his friend Mike was in charge of TFN, so I guess they had a better relationship. (which was necessary because Sandy provided the money!!)

But I see AU's point. I'm not saying we should tell George how to run things, he should just now that there are thousands of indirect shareholders out there and that the feel left behind.
