to be blunt when i read this article it freaking pisses me off if this does happen the price of gas and going to be going a lot higher soon were already in a recession and there lower demand for oil than there has been in a while and yet barell of oil hitting new records every day this is NOT a good solution all ctl and oil sands are is a band aid untill they can get hydrogen or what ever alternative fuel they want in full swing and production.....
