we missed that window... the time to do that was years ago

we have deficits.. our banks have deficits... and they have HUGE surpluses


these countries are more cash flow positive than we are this year

we cant operate with oil - -25% GDP in a flash... we need them as much as they need us

we made our bed, we lie in it
