I was noticed that too here.it is strange that a insider purchased 50k 4x as of late.
The O/S is like 9 m of that (agway) owns 30% the last time they had news POLY when up^ like 140% and MM's sit as high as
$1.00 x 5 and $5.00 x 5 on L2
