You might be right, but it looked to me like a seller wanted to get rid of as many shares as possible and because of the demand they sold a lot. That news should have created buying interest and not selling.
Either that or NSS which I doubt. I think we got a lot of new investors yesterday and need several more days of huge volume to start moving back up.
The last two issuances of shares are still resticted so the selling can't be them, so it must be someone who had shares before.
Almost 40 million shares printed after hours. Something very strange going on.
