Funds to support AMD's proposed computer chip fabricating project in Saratoga County, amounting to about $47 million for infrastructure, also are to be part of the package. The state previously committed $1.2 billion in incentives for AMD.

[edit- the article makes it sound like the 1.2 billion is off the table, but I think they have it wrong. If AMD agrees, the 1.2 billion will be made available, as per their agreement with AMD ]
