The Market cap is just $77k at the closing ask. I think they were trying to unload those shares for quite some time and just decided to take whatever they could get which was not much. The million share trade netted just $800 less selling costs! Every time it has looked like this stock found a bottom and tried to rally it has been beaten down on several occasions when the buys far outnumbered the sells.
