I am not sure who you are directing your questions to but if you mean if I explained to my brother about the debt to Cornell and the convertible debentures, he said that if the internet marketing is very successful then the debt will not be a major issue.

I do not know anything about Tim Connolly's past companies.

I hope that he will manage Natural Nutrition fairly and correctly.
