Tramford Wins the PPNET Contract.

Beijing BHL Networks Technology Co., Ltd. ("BBHL"), a 76% subsidiary of Tramford International Limited (Nasdaq: TRFDF), was appointed the main contractor of the phase one contract of the PPNET project. The PPNET project was a nation-wide nominated sample Internet project as well as a focused project included in the 863 national programme managed by the Ministry of Science and Technology ("MST"). The main works of which were: (1) the all ranged upgrading of the existing State Productivity Information Networks ("SPIN"); (2) the development of the inter-industrial e-commerce platform for small to medium sized enterprises ("SMEs"); and (3) the development of the ASP platform for such enterprises
