Yes!!!I agree,R/S is forthcoming later for a needed Uplisting to AMEX or to NSC...to become more attractive to the whole Institutional Investors...as well as to Individual Investors who dislikes the OTC-BB listed securities.

If SPOOZ will generate a boatload of revenues in the coming months while being moored @ BBLAND Harbor,a share BUYBACK program will be a good OPTION instead of a dreaded R/S to reduce the O/S.
