You have made a good point. Knowing what this company's reward will be is well worth the wait. The problem with brokers are most (not all) are order takers and have no interest in research, nor do they get paid to do it. The end result is the average stockholder says "Wow, free money" and cashes in at any price and the informed investor says" wow, cheap stock" and accumulates cheap shares until the payoff. Their patent has held up so far in every case and settlements can't be far off at this point in my opinion.
