CIRT is on bottom watch for Thursday. This stock has fallen dramatically on reasonably low volume the last few weeks. With any buying pressure this stock could easily head back over $.01. Also take into consideration that dilution does not appear to be an issue as the outstanding shares of 133 million has not changed since December. The selling has likely been impatient shareholders.
