ON Dec. 5th it was PR'd by Mr. Galo That "NEGOTIATIONS WERE COMPLETE". It is now more than 4 months. Put it on paper and sign it and you are done. Is this really going to take place? Why is he Dragging this out? Please make me a believer and PR the deal is done. Where is the value for the shareholders? Show us Mr. Galo.
